Kenneth M. McGurran

Ken represents employers in connection with a variety of employment law issues. He has significant experience with employment discrimination and general litigation defense, as well as experience in construction and shareholder litigation. Ken also has significant experience in working to resolve employment disputes without resort to litigation, primarily through mediation.
